I am a fully qualified and experienced therapist, trained in many types of massage and a reiki practitioner. I help people in the in the Petworth, Midhurst and West Sussex area offering treatments including holistic massage, hot stones massage, aromatherapy, facial massage and reiki.
I specialise in therapies helping:

- restore emotional balance
- create deep relaxation.
You are an individual. I create a personalised regime to help you to balance your energy and improve your wellbeing both physically and emotionally. I also release muscle tension using a wide range of techniques.
All treatments are enjoyed in front of a lovely wood burning stove, inviting relaxation in warm and quiet surroundings. Music designed for deep relaxation encourages the brain to wind down.
In the warmer, summer months, massage etc can be outdoors, the garden is secluded and peaceful.
