Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage/therapeutic massage relieves aches and pain from sore backs, necks and shoulders. I work intuitively with the body, finding areas which need easing and knots worked on. Relaxing the body also helps the mind to unwind and re-balance, helping you to feel calmer and better able to cope with the stresses of life. I also use the massage gun for deep penetration of the muscles and also a Thai tool to work into tight glutes and around the scapula etc if required. It’s your treatment and each session is unique to your needs that day.

You will be welcomed by calming music, scented candles, crackling log-burner and scented aromatherapy oils in my dedicated client room in West Sussex.

Alternatively the Elstead treatment room is peaceful and friendly.
