EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)Tapping with Matrix Reimprinting are a wonderfully powerful healing tool, especially when used together. I guide you to assist with healing your emotional and physical body. The treatment involves tapping gently on pressure points on the upper part of the body. Addiction can be greatly healed with EFT. Addiction can be a mask for unhealed situations from our past. When we rely on substances or other addictions, we are not allowing ourselves to feel the pain. EFT is really helpful with assisting to clear these blockages and to clear fear which can run our lives. By healing past traumas, we are able to fully live our lives in the present. I have worked with – and helped – many clients who have had difficult childhoods. By linking with our inner child, we heal ourselves and enable us to live without the baggage from our past. I became an advanced Practitioner in 2014 and specialise in grief, infertility and fear-based issues.
EFT/Tapping can resolve physical conditions as well as helping emotionally. It’s great with phobias, depression, weight loss, including food cravings; asthma; eczema; reducing/eliminating pain and many, many more conditions. I have found it especially useful with fear-based issues.
When working with phobias, a healthy and safe regard for the situation is maintained but without the fear and phobia. i.e. clearing a phobia of heights isn’t going to encourage a client to jump off a cliff! I have had success from one session with a client with this and she was 100% healed from the phobia in one session. I also have helped many clients who have been abused as children or adults. Working sensitively and with a great deal of care, we work on healing the past traumas to live a lighter, happier life.
The wonderful thing about EFT/Tapping and Matrix Reimprinting is that the effects are long-lasting, and usually there’s significant improvement straight away within one session.
I qualified for EFT/Tapping and Matrix Reimprinting in 2012 and became a Master Practitioner in 2014. I use the techniques myself on a regular basis as I find it so effective and healing. It is wonderful to see how powerful these techniques are and to help others to become their true authentic selves and heal past traumas/pain and live free, happy lives.
